One in three students attending a four-year college struggle with the issue of food insecurity. At New Jersey City University (NJCU) more than 60 percent of students have exceptional financial need. Campus food service partner Gourmet Dining once again partnered with the JBJ Soul Foundation to bring JBJ Soul Kitchen on a college campus and to the NJCU community to address the issue of student food insecurity.
JBJ Soul Kitchen NJCU is a pop-up for the Spring semester and serves healthy and delicious three-course meals to guests across the campus community, regardless of their ability to pay.
