Governor Kim Guadagno, 180 Turning Lives Around, Inc. Executive Director Anna Diaz-White, elected officials and major donors ceremoniously broke ground on 180’s new safe house, the largest shelter for victims of domestic violence in the State of New Jersey. The event was hosted at the headquarters of New Jersey Natural Gas, one of the shelter’s major donors. In addition, other major donors, including the Verizon Foundation/HopeLine, the Jon Bon Jovi Soul Foundation, and the Faith and James Knight Foundation, each contributed $100,000 toward the completion of the shelter.
