The official ‘Graduation Picture’ for the families who will be moving into the renovated rowhouses on the 1800 and 1900 blocks of N. 23rd Street in North Philadelphia. Announced during the October 5, 2006 Press Conference, the reconstruction of these environmentally friendly homes from their former shells was made possible through the Phase V Homeownership Project and the groundbreaking combined efforts of Project HOME, The Philadelphia Soul Charitable Foundation, Habitat for Humanity and Saturn.
