Philadelphia, PA – The Jon Bon Jovi Soul Foundation is proud to support Project HOME’s newly opened Hawthorne House Respite, a transformative initiative designed to provide a safe, supportive place for individuals experiencing homelessness to recover after a hospital stay.
As part of our ongoing partnership with Project HOME, the JBJ Soul Foundation helped fund the 20 respite beds that will serve individuals in need of short-term medical recovery and stabilization. We were honored to present our donation during Project HOME’s 30th Anniversary Gala, celebrating three decades of their unwavering commitment to ending homelessness and empowering individuals to rebuild their lives.
Hawthorne House Respite fills a critical gap in care by providing a safe environment where individuals can heal, connect with medical services, and receive the support they need before transitioning to permanent housing and long-term stability. This innovative model helps improve health outcomes while reducing unnecessary hospital readmissions and creating a pathway toward lasting independence.
The JBJ Soul Foundation is proud to stand alongside Project HOME in supporting programs that address the root causes of homelessness and create meaningful opportunities for individuals to thrive.
