TOMS RIVER, NJ – On Saturday, October 11, 2025 JBJ Soul Kitchen Toms River proudly celebrated its 10th Annual Chili Cook-Off, bringing together first responders and community members for a day of friendly competition. The event honored local first responders while raising awareness and funds to advance JBJ Soul Kitchen’s mission to address food insecurity.
